As Head of Delivery, my role is to lead, evolve, and continually improve the way we deliver recruitment and project services for our clients.

I have over 10 years’ recruitment and executive search experience, having previously owned a recruitment consultancy placing IT Service talent into organisations across the UK, Europe and GCC region.

Business Development Manager

My role is to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relations, and generate revenue for the organisation. 

I am responsible for creating and implementing strategies to expand Marsh RPF's customer base, conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries, and developing proposals and pitches to win new business.
